Builders require a Letter of Eligibility from an approved Home Warranty Insurer in order to qualify for and/or renew their Building License in most Australian states and territories.
Upon receipt of this completed application form our underwriters will undertake an assessment of your financial position and technical qualifications/experience as part of the approval process.
Approved applicants will then be issued with an Letter of Eligibility to enable them to comply with relevant law relating to the state/territory in which they operate.
Upon receipt of this completed application form our team will undertake a pre-submission quality assurance review of your financial position and supporting information prior to submitting your review application to the underwriters for assessment.
